This medieval Broadsword is made from 1065 high carbon steel with a darkened, battle-hardened finish, extra wide tang and tempering to a low 50s RC. This one handed, battle ready weapon comes sharp, includes a leather scabbard. Overall 39-1/4 inches.
The name ballock dagger is originated from the unique phallic shape of the hilt. The dagger was popular throughout Europe between the 13th and 18th centuries, in particular the Tudor period.
This beautiful reproduction has a strong triangular blade, capable of punching through the toughest mail armor. The brass guard and cross inlaid pommel have been brushed and antiqued, giving this piece a truly ominous appearance, while the sleek handle allows for a firm grip.
